Appointments: We offer professional services by appointment only. Sessions are typically 50-60 minutes long. We prefer to schedule clients at a regular day and time on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel an appointment, we require you to do so by contacting your counselor via phone or voicemail at least 24 hours in advance. You will be charged for the full cost of the session if you fail to give proper notice.
Payment: The fee for professional services at Daring Soul Care is $125 per 50-60-minute session. Payment is due at the time of service for office appointments and prior to service for phone sessions. We accept cash, checks, Master Card or Visa. Checks should be made payable to “Debbie Miller.” There is a $25 service fee for checks that are returned for insufficient funds.
Insurance: We do not accept insurance; however, we can provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company. Some insurance plans allow for partial reimbursement from non-network mental health care providers.
Partial Scholarships: For those with verifiable financial need, we offer limited partial scholarships of up to $25 per session. To be eligible, you must complete a scholarship application. Your therapist will notify you if you have been approved and the amount of your scholarship. By accepting a scholarship, you are agreeing to abide by the Daring Soul Care scholarship policy.
